"Make a key from a prepaid key" doesn't work, because it asks for Software ID, which isn't the same as System ID from the /system license print output. It shows up in the Mikrotik account as a prepaid key (License L6/PU), but the account says "You do not have any active CHR licenses!", and there's nothing under "CHR orders and invoices". And now, the license key we purchased actually gives the option to be upgraded to the P Unlimited we bought. ![]() Then, it allowed us to upgrade the license to P Unlimited. We wanted to update the license to P Unlimited, so we contacted a vendor and bought one.
